Returns a paged list of available accounts to caller.
Returned accounts are sorted by creation date, oldest accounts first.
If api-token represents a user will return all accounts the user has access to.
If api-token represents an organization will return all accounts the organization has access to.
if api-token represents an account will return that account.
Response
